2025 Kansas Athletics Membership Guide

2025 DONOR GUIDE

Dear Jayhawk, I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for your unwavering support of the Jayhawks. It has been an incredible year filled with remarkable achievements, and I am grateful for the important role you have played in our success. As we reflect on the past year, we recognize that our accomplishments would not have been possible without your steadfast commitment to our program. Your generous contributions have significantly impacted our student-athletes, providing them the critical resources they need to succeed in competition, in the classroom, and in the community. Your willingness to invest in our student-athletes’ experience has been instrumental in our ability to elevate our profile across the nation. The college athletics landscape continues to evolve at a rapid pace, and you will see the impact of some of those changes reflected within this guidebook. Rest assured, however, that moving forward, we remain committed to setting our student-athletes up for success while ensuring a best-in-class experience for our supporters. With your continued commitment to Kansas Athletics, we are confident that we can build upon the past year’s accomplishments and strive for even greater heights in 2025. Thank you again for your dedication to the Jayhawks; we appreciate everything you do to help us achieve our goals. Rock Chalk! A NOTE FROM TRAVIS GOFF Travis Goff Director of Athletics

TOTAL SEASON TICKET PRICE PER-SEAT DONATION TOTAL COST PER-SEAT + = what’s new? PER-SEAT DONATION As we announced in August of 2024, Kansas Athletics is transitioning to a per-seat-donation (PSD) model at Allen Fieldhouse and David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium, starting with the 2025 Fund Drive. Coinciding with these changes are comprehensive repricing plans for Kansas Football and Men’s Basketball, which result in contribution and ticket-price changes across significant sections of those venues. To obtain your specific total contribution information, please get in touch with your account representative. The implementation of the per-seat-donation model only impacts football and men’s basketball. All Olympic sports will continue to be seated based on membership level and then priority points, and there will not be a donation component awarded with the purchase of a seat. donor guide 2025 4

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: Scholarships and Roster Limits: With the proposed changes to the House case, the former NCAA rules limiting the number of scholarships per sport that we can provide have been removed. Next year we plan to offer more than 20 new scholarships across our sports. Institutional Compensation for Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL): Athletics will now be able to enter into agreements with studentathletes for the use of their name, image and likeness. We look forward to innovative ways to engage our student-athletes with our supporters. Commercial NIL: Under the House settlement, student-athletes may still engage in commercial use of their Name, Image, and Likeness. We have partnered with Walz Tetrick, a national marketing firm based in Kansas City led by former Jayhawks, to help engage businesses in endorsements, personal appearances, and other promotional activities that will further benefit our student-athletes. Impact on Sport Programs: While Institutional NIL will benefit student-athletes, the model is also designed to ensure that it doesn’t compromise the financial health of Kansas Athletics. The goal is to balance appropriate support for our athletes with the need to maintain a broad, competitive athletic program. house case impact The landscape of college athletics continues to evolve, and one of the most significant changes on the horizon is the ability to directly compensate student-athletes for their Name, Image, and Likeness beginning July 1, 2025, if the House settlement is approved. This will ensure that student-athletes are directly supported by Kansas Athletics and no longer through any collective. In the traditional structure, monies from media rights, ticket sales, merchandise, and sponsorships have largely supported athletic departments, facilities, scholarships, and coaching salaries. While this will remain true, the new model will add a new category of up to $20.5 million each year in direct support for student-athletes. We are committed to adapting to this new model while continuing to provide the resources and support necessary to keep KU at the forefront of college athletics. As always, your investment is critical to this mission, and we are grateful for your continued partnership. 5 2025 donor guide

NEW LEVELS AND BENEFITS Starting in the 2025 Fund Drive year, Kansas Athletics Development is introducing two new membership levels to the Williams Education Fund and also adjusting the minimum amount of another. These levels coincide with the structure of the new Per-Seat-Donation model, allowing for a greater understanding of benefits associated with their contributions and creating more opportunities for engagement across all membership levels. The two new levels are Oread ($75,000 donation annually) and Campanile ($15,000 donation annually). As a part of these changes, the Olympian level now starts at a $20,000 annual donation. Please scan the QR code on this page to view all Williams Education Fund membership levels and the benefits associated with each level. As of the 2025 Fund Drive, we will no longer award priority points for any season ticket purchases; however, any historical points will remain. Points are awarded for Williams Education Fund donations unless the donor waives points. Membership levels are based on total annual gifts through the Williams Education Fund, which includes the per-seat donations for football and men’s basketball. These gifts will be designated for unrestricted or scholarship support. Gift amounts that extend above and beyond the required annual per-seat donation may be considered tax-deductible giving. Please check with your tax professional.
