FORTY-NINER SEAT LICENSES The Charlotte 49ers Athletic program sold over 4,500 FortyNiner Seat Licenses between Sections 102-111 in support of the construction of Jerry Richardson Stadium. FSL’s in both the Gold Tier and Green Tier are available for ownership with a one-time investment. Gold FSL’s cost $2,500 per license and Green Tier FSL’s cost $1,000 per license. Both tiers provide the owner lifetime rights to purchase tickets and the ability to transfer ownership of the FSL’s. Gold Tier FSL’s require amandatory annual contribution to the Athletic Foundation at the Green Jacket Level (currently $2,000). Green Tier FSL owners can guarantee their seat location bymaking an annual contribution at the Forty-Niner Level (currently $450). Giving level requirements are subject to change. Each tier requires the owner to purchase season tickets annually to avoid forfeiture of the FSL’s. REQUIRED SEAT DONATIONS (RSD) Fans can purchase season tickets in the Green seating locations (sections 102-104 and 109-111) without purchasing an FSL. These season tickets have a required seat donation as part of the ticket cost. RSD’s vary based on the section and are subject to change.
